I am an experienced IT Support Officer with several years in the IT field. My journey includes working as a Developer and Team Leader in an internship project during my final year to complete Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology at Victorian Institute of Technology and is ongoing with an IT support role for a management services company.
I am passionate about customer service and excel in problem-solving with an analytical and empathetic approach. My strong work ethic is matched by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
I am currently seeking a challenging IT support role where I can utilize my technical expertise, customer service skills, and knowledge to provide effective support and maintenance while growing and collaborating with other IT professionals.
Services I provide.
Managing cloud services and infrastructure. Maintaining smooth operation of multi-user computer system, Microsoft Active Directory Administration, Azure AD Connect and hybrid identity management, Server updates, Troubleshooting, Monitor infrastructure, network and systems.
Working across multiple operating systems; Windows Desktop, Server 2016/19, and macOS. Workstations, Mobile devices and other IT devices support, Managing tasks independently with excellent problem solving skills, Perform updates and patches, Troubleshooting software and hardware issues along with documenting processes and solutions for future reference, Responsive and customer-oriented IT support.
Providing Tier 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and other end-user devices locally and remotely, Configure/install/monitor/support/ manage the ICT environments, Accurately triage and escalate incidents where required according to policies and procedures, Quick/temporary and long-term solutions on various inquires and issues with effective communication and through making suggestions.

I've worked for about a year as a Developer and Team Leader for a medium sized project 'E-learning portal development' for
Marjorie Milner College
which was a good opportunity for me to led the team upholding a collaborative and positive work environment helping me to craft strong organisational,
planning and active communication skills along with my team and also exposure to several online platforms, tools and software during the process.
Finally, our project helped college staffs and students to opt for online courses and assessments as self-paced and well managed learning.
Similarly, working as IT Support Officer for Point Force Group, a construction management services company in Melbourne,
I've been able to gather several IT Support as well as system administration experience where I worked for managing company network, software and hardware resources along with remote support and troubleshooting.
Additionaly, to enhance my skill set, I've created my own Home-labs to replicate the busiest workstations environment and to explore and experiment with virtualisation, networking technologies and platforms.
